All products purchased with the "Open Live" option will be opened on the next scheduled livestream at the 'Alegorics' YouTube and/or TikTok channel.
Orders placed during an active livestream will be added to that queue unless the queue is full (Queue status can be found on the current livestream).

Important Shipping Instructions: Please indicate, in your cart or at checkout by clicking "Add a note", whether you would like all cards (includes bulk) or just the hits (rares & up - Includes 50% refund on shipping cost). If you place any order(s) after your initial order, but before your order has shipped, you will be refunded the additional shipping cost, and only be charged shipping for one (1) order. All orders grouped this way will be shipped together in a single package. If you place subsequent orders after the product as been marked as shipped, then you will need to pay for shipping for that new order, and it will be sent in its own separate package.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we will do everything we can to make it right | support@cardpenguin.com
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER POLICY
Orders (not pre-orders) typically ship within 24 hours of payment for "Ship Now" orders. "Open Live" orders typically ship within 24 hours of being opened on stream. For pre-order and back-order items, please see the item description for more details and shipping times.
